Kimball Engineering offers a full range of professional inspection services to city, county, state and federal agencies. Our inspection staff is expert in the building codes and understands that the intent of providing building inspections is to ensure that projects are constructed in accordance with the approved plans and per the requirements of the adopted code. For that purpose we maintain qualified building inspectors that have experience in small to large-scale projects. Each inspector has years of experience working for various government agencies. Our inspectors maintain the necessary ICC certifications and state licenses to be able to provide combination inspections of both residential and commercial projects. Each inspector is dedicated to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Additionally, they are team players and will work hand in hand with the construction community in order to keep projects on track and on time.

Kimball Engineering inspectors understand the importance of keeping clear and concise documentation of all inspections. They write correction notices, hold office hours, answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from the field as needed by the jurisdiction. Our staff will provide the same level of service as if they were members of your own jurisdiction's staff.
